Refund policy

14-day cancellation right. Under UK consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Contact hello@minimonsters.shop and we'll arrange your return and refund.

Damaged or faulty items. If your box arrives damaged or the squishy inside is faulty, email hello@minimonsters.shop within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return or approving your claim.
