Questions
Can I choose which one I get?
No. Every box is drawn at random before it ships — that is the whole point. We log every draw.
Can I get duplicates?
Yes. Each box is an independent draw, so a five-box set can contain repeats. A spare is a good thing to hand a friend's kid on Halloween.
What are the exact odds?
MIDAS is 2% — about 1 in 50. Each of the other four is 24.5%. A five-box set gives you roughly a 1 in 10 chance of pulling MIDAS.
When will it arrive?
Dispatched within 1-3 days, then typically 4-6 days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Order by 18 October to be safe for Halloween.
Can I return it?
Yes. Under UK consumer law you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. If a box arrives damaged or the squishy is faulty, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.
Is it suitable for young children?
It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. It is not for mouthing or swallowing.
How big is it?
Each squishy is 5cm — a translucent body with glitter suspended inside, soft and slow-rise.
